North Korea's nuclear agenda

I decided to do my issues paper over the issue within N. Korea's nuclear agenda. They have been rebelling against the rest of the world reguarding their nuclear weapons program for years and they need to be humbled. This issue is very important to other countries around the globe because they sense N. Korea is a threat.
