Adoption from China

For my issues paper I am writing about the controversial topic of adopting a child from China. This doesn't seem as if it would be controversial but new guidlines and rules have made it extremely difficult to adopt. Through this topic many other subtopics come up like interracial adoption and the pros and cons of that, and also international adoption. Also i will mainly be focusing on the proven facts of the childs life being adopted to an american family and the "new life" as some scholars call it that these children get.
