racism on radio
For my issues paper I decided to go with is: should radio speech be restricted by the U.S. government. I chose to do this with recent speculation of critics regarding Don Imus' attacks on the Rutgers girls basketball team. This is narrowed because I originally went with Racism is still very much alive in the U.S., and that's pretty broad. Major issues are: people choosing to get offended, and speech being free. This is very much an issue, and it's a bad one, because limiting freedom of speech is a slippery slope nobody wants to go down. This will help because it is a controversial issue.
