publishing reflectiong

I wrote my article with BYU students in mind. Since I plan on publishing with the Daily Universe I didn’t have to change my work at all. I’m very excited about publishing because I am very interested in the issue that I wrote about and I am interested to see how people will react to it. Because I always had BYU students in mind I was able to adapt my work to my audience. For example I quoted President Hinckley and the scriptures which wouldn’t work for most other audiences. I also had to make sure that I was absolutely clear that I stood with the church 100% to avoid any unpleasant retaliation.
